We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support the integration between R&D design and production activities. The role combines hands-on work with technical evaluation and focuses on three key areas: production oversight, prototype development, and functional testing & compliance.

This is a practical, engineering role suitable for candidates with 2–3 years of experience who are interested in applied electrical engineering, prototyping, and product validation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Overview
Monitor and oversee production activities to ensure correct, safe, and compliant assembly processes.
Support the implementation of best practices and production standards.
Conduct basic studies for new electrical systems.
Review and verify the quality of electrical components.
Contribute to maintaining high production quality levels.

2. Prototype Assembly
Assemble and test prototype electrical panels and assemblies.
Perform basic electrical calculations and dimensioning.
Use tools, components, and wiring equipment correctly and safely.
Validate initial concepts through hands-on prototyping.

3. Functional Testing & Compliance
Execute functional tests on assemblies and prototypes.
Record and report test results accurately.
Apply basic knowledge of automation systems during testing.
Monitor market offerings for electrical components and propose suitable options.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree (MEng) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in a relevant engineering or technical environment.
Strong hands-on mentality and comfort with practical, applied engineering tasks.
