Your Role:
As a Technical Support, you will:
📞 Handle customer requests related to technical issues via phone & email.
🎯 Provide expert support & troubleshooting for software applications.
💡 Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure high-quality service.
What You Bring:
✅ A degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or in the STEM field.
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and IT support tools.
Nice to have:
✅ At least 1 year experience providing end user support in an IT/computer-related field ideally in Support services, will be considered as an asset.
✅ Microsoft SQL Databases Experience.
