As a Sales Order Associate, you will play a key role in managing the order-to-delivery process, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and effective coordination with internal teams. Your attention to detail and operational mindset will help maintain smooth workflows and support business growth.

• Enter and process sales orders in the ERP/CRM system (Galaxy).

• Prepare offers for new clients and support the sales process.

• Issue invoices for new deals upon delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to monitor and manage inventory levels.

• Perform periodic stock checks and reconciliations.

• Support the team in resolving sales order-related issues and ensuring timely order execution.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.

🟨 What You Offer

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Educational background in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

• Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
