🧩 About the Role
We’re a growing tech company revolutionizing the way pharmacies manage their operations with our innovative ERP system. Our goal is to make pharmacy management easier, smarter, and more efficient. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships and expanding our customer base.
🚀 What You'll Do:
Drive new business by selling our ERP system to pharmacies, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
Manage and nurture relations.hips with existing pharmacy clients, ensuring they get the most value from our system and helping them grow their usage
Onboard new clients, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they’re up and running smoothly
Provide ongoing support and act as the main point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services
Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to align client needs with system improvements and features
Track and report on sales performance, including revenue growth and customer retention metrics
🔍 What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
Comfortable working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and using tech to improve sales processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – you know how to talk to clients and explain complex products in simple terms.
You're quick on your feet, finding solutions that work for both the client and the business.
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences, always looking to exceed expectations.
Able to work independently, manage your own sales pipeline, and stay organized with minimal supervision.
