🟪Your Role
As a Sales Account Manager in the Epsilon Dynamics team, you’ll be responsible for driving the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—working closely with customers to understand their business needs and match them with the right solution. If you are passionate about digital transformation, enterprise applications, and building strong client relationships, this is the role for you.
🟩Your Mission
Develop and manage strategic client relationships within the enterprise applications sector.
Promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and related products.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Analyze customer needs and customized design value-added proposals and solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
🟨What You Offer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience in ERP/CRM solutions, ideally Microsoft-based.
Proven experience in business development and client portfolio growth.
Experience in services and project management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong passion for personal and professional growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
🌟A great asset
Solid understanding of enterprise applications - knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications is a plus.
Experience working on digital transformation projects.
Valid Microsoft certifications – advantage
