🟪Your Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with deep expertise in CRM projects to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will be responsible for managing complex CRM initiatives end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and strong business alignment.
🟩Your Mission
Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on CRM processes, solution design, and delivery governance.
Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks, and milestones.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues specific to CRM integrations, data migration, and user adoption.
Ensure high-quality documentation, status reporting, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee UAT, training activities, go-live, and post-production support to ensure successful CRM adoption.
🟨What You Offer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5+ years of proven experience managing CRM projects, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Strong hands-on understanding of CRM concepts, architecture, and tools, including configuration vs customization.
Solid experience in stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional delivery teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Very good command of the English language.
🌟A great asset
Practical experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and CRM integrations.
Experience delivering projects using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications.
