As a Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, task and deliverable definition, deliverable reviews, quality control, risk management, reporting, issue tracking, and client follow-ups.

• Draft essential project documentation (Business Cases, Project Strategies, Vision Statements).

• Monitor project activities and deliverables, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.

• Participate in technical and functional meetings and working groups. Coordinate and motivate the project team.

• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget, handling any required changes effectively.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and subcontractors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Analyze project revenue and profitability to ensure financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another related field (Master’s degree or IT-related certifications are a plus).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the IT / High Tech sector, with proven people management skills.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Project and the full MS Office suite.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Experience in project budgeting, invoicing, and revenue analysis.

• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

 The following will be considered a strong advantage:

• Previous experience or knowledge in Personnel Management, Payroll, or Time Attendance projects.

• Familiarity with the company’s products and services.
