Responsibilities:

• Developing tailored proposals, preparing technical solutions, methodologies, quality assurance plans, project management strategies

• Supporting sales team roughout the entire customer process - from the inquiry to the product presentation and consulting, to the conclusion of the sale and the technical implementation on site

• Analyzing and evaluating the feasibility of customer requirements in relation to our products

• Handling any technical questions or objections that the customers might have and helping them overcome any barriers to adoption or implementation.

• Identifying problems and advising our customers on the optimal use of our solutions.

• Working closely with our technical colleagues to ensure the continuous improvement and further development of our products and services

Requirements:

• University degree in a Business-related field, or IT field.

• At least 3 years’ experience in Presales or Services Department.

• Strong Technical background will be considered as a plus.

• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Having a good understanding of the software industry, the competitors, and the customer segments, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide insights.

• Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills.
