Epsilon Net Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our Finance Division and support the Group’s strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and business partnering with senior leadership, contributing directly to the Group’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data across Group entities to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Perform budget vs. actual and forecast analyses, providing clear explanations of performance drivers and deviations.
Support profitability, margin, and KPI analysis at company, segment, and Group level.
Prepare and maintain recurring management reports (monthly & quarterly), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Develop executive-level dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel, while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
Ensure harmonization of KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and financial data across Group companies.
Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources including ERP systems, BI platforms, and databases.
Collaborate with IT and BI teams on reporting enhancements, analytical solutions, and data quality controls.
Act as a finance business partner to internal stakeholders by providing analytical support, actionable insights, and clear communication to non-finance audiences.
Contribute to ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and strategic projects supporting Group-level decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar reporting roles, ideally within a multinational environment or the IT / technology sector.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting platforms will be considered a strong asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, including experience presenting to senior executives.
