- Παρέχεις δεύτερης γραμμής τεχνική υποστήριξη για συστήματα ERP και σχετικές δικτυακές ενσωματώσεις
- Επιλύεις προβλήματα και διαμορφώνεις συνδέσεις POS, εφαρμογές mobile SFA και B2B δίκτυα πελατών
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς JavaScript scripts για αυτοματισμούς υποστήριξης
- Συντάσσεις και εκτελείς SQL queries για αναφορές και ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Υποστηρίζεις business intelligence αναφορές και συστήματα δοκιμών αποδοχής χρήστη (UAT)
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες και πελάτες για επίλυση προβλημάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Υποστήριξη συστημάτων ERP και δικτυακές ενσωματώσεις POS, Mobile SFA, B2B πελατών
- Γραφή JavaScript scripts και σύνταξη SQL queries για αυτοματισμό και αναφορές
- Power BI για αναλύσεις business intelligence
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων με έμφαση στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

🧩 About the Role
The ERP Technical Consultant provides second-level support for ERP systems and related network integrations. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage system configurations, and support POS, mobile, and B2B connections to ensure smooth business operations.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
Provide second-level technical support for ERP systems and associated network integrations.
Troubleshoot and configure POS connections, mobile SFA applications, and B2B client networks.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline support tasks.
Write and execute SQL queries for data reporting and analysis.
Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues effectively.
✅What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in ERP or technical support roles.
Strong understanding of POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations.
Proficient in JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting purposes.
Experience with Power BI is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
