- Παρέχεις δεύτερης γραμμής τεχνική υποστήριξη σε ERP συστήματα και συναφείς ενοποιήσεις δικτύου
- Αντιμετωπίζεις τεχνικά προβλήματα και διαμορφώνεις συνδέσεις POS, mobile εφαρμογές SFA και B2B δίκτυα
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς αυτοματισμούς με χρήση JavaScript για υποστήριξη εργασιών
- Γράφεις και εκτελείς SQL ερωτήματα για αναφορές και ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Υποστηρίζεις αναφορές Business Intelligence και δοκιμές αποδοχής συστήματος και χρήστη (UAT)
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες και πελάτες για αποτελεσματική επίλυση θεμάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Υποστήριξη ERP συστημάτων και ενοποιήσεις δικτύου
- Γνώσεις σε POS/EFT συστήματα, συνδεσιμότητα Mobile ERP και B2B integrations
- Προγραμματισμός σε JavaScript και χρήση SQL για αυτοματισμό και αναφορές
- Εμπειρία σε Reporting Business Intelligence και Power BI
- Δεξιότητες τεχνικής επίλυσης προβλημάτων και αυτόνομη διαχείριση εργασιών
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη πελατών
