🧩 About the Role
As an E-Invoicing Systems Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized, seamless e-invoicing solutions. You'll help optimize integrations, provide expert guidance, and collaborate to ensure clients get the most out of our platform, all while addressing their unique business needs.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to expert for our partners and clients, delivering consulting and support for digital invoicing solutions.
- Customize and extend our Commercial Platform’s integration API to align with customer workflows and requirements.
- Guide partners through the implementation journey, from setup to training on our e-Invoicing web applications.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and recommend smart, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to turn business needs into clear, actionable tasks.
- Troubleshoot both technical and business-related issues.
✅What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Advanced experience with XML and JSON files.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-invoicing systems and related technologies.
- Experience with ERP Systems.
- Strong communication skills—you can translate tech talk into everyday language for clients.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
