H Epsilon Net A.E., ο μεγαλύτερος Όμιλος Business Software στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά Contract Renewals Specialist για το τμήμα Ανανεώσεων και Εισπράξεων στην Θεσσαλονίκη!
Αρμοδιότητες:
Παρακολούθηση λήξεων συμβολαίων υποστήριξης.
Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την ανανέωση συμβολαίων.
Διαπραγμάτευση και συμφωνία τρόπου πληρωμής.
Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση δεδομένων πελατών σε ERP σύστημα.
Συνεργασία με τα άλλα τμήματα της εταιρίας όπως Credit, Πωλήσεων και Operations.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε ρόλο renewals ή B2B sales
Εμπειρία σε ERP/CRM συστήματα
Ευχέρεια στο γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
