We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support operations at our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) warehouse in Oinofyta. The MRO warehouse is responsible for storing and managing essential spare parts, tools, and materials required for production, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery within the facility. This role involves leading a team of five (5) employees, overseeing and actively participating in both field operations and office-related tasks, ensuring efficient inventory management, and assisting the maintenance team with necessary materials and equipment.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and participate in daily MRO warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper stock organization and implement best practices for space utilization
• Analyze stock levels and recommend reordering strategies to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s ERP/SAP MM software
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
• Participate in the analysis and design of digital transformation initiatives, optimizing warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs through technology-driven solutions
• Manage a database to track and analyze reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, KPIs, and cost analysis for management review

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in an MRO environment
• Good command of Greek and English (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus) and inventory management software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
