- Διευθύνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι όλες τις λειτουργίες αποθήκης σύμφωνα με πολιτικές, διαδικασίες, SLAs και KPIs
- Εξασφαλίζεις ομαλή και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση εισερχόμενων, αποθήκευσης, προετοιμασίας παραγγελιών, φόρτωσης, αποστολής και δραστηριοτήτων αποθεμάτων
- Διατηρείς υψηλή ακρίβεια αποθέματος και βέλτιστη εκμετάλλευση της χωρητικότητας αποθήκης
- Ηγείσαι και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα αποθήκης, οργανώνεις βάρδιες, διαχειρίζεσαι απόδοση και εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό
- Ορίζεις, παρακολουθείς και βελτιώνεις KPIs, παραγωγικότητα, επίπεδα υπηρεσιών και λειτουργικό κόστος αποθήκης
- Προωθείς συνεχείς βελτιώσεις για αύξηση παραγωγικότητας, μείωση κόστους και βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών αποθήκης
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τμήματα Παραγωγής, Σχεδιασμού, Logistics, Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών, Προμηθειών, Ποιότητας, Συντήρησης και Οικονομικών
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και 5S και προωθείς κουλτούρα ασφάλειας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το στόλο περονοφόρων και οχημάτων αποθήκης για ασφάλεια και αποδοτικότητα
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες για τυποποίηση, ψηφιοποίηση και αυτοματοποίηση διαδικασιών αποθήκης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Λειτουργιών Αποθήκης και Διαχείριση Αποθέματος
- Βελτιστοποίηση Χωρητικότητας Αποθήκης και Σχεδιασμός Προσωπικού με Οργάνωση Βαρδιών
- Συνεχής Βελτίωση με Αναλυτικές Δεξιότητες και Δεξιότητες Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων
- Συμμόρφωση με Πρότυπα Υγείας και Ασφάλειας και Ηγεσία Ομάδας
- ERP/WMS Συστήματα (SAP MM/WM) και Microsoft Office
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Διαχείριση Ενδιαφερομένων
- Μηχανική / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic Warehouse team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage all Warehouse Operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, SLAs and KPIs.
•Ensure the smooth and timely execution of inbound, storage, order preparation, loading, dispatch and inventory activities.
•Ensure high inventory accuracy, effective stock management and optimal warehouse capacity and space utilization.
•Lead and develop the Warehouse organization, including workforce planning, shift organization, performance management, training and development.
•Define, monitor and improve Warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels and operating costs.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve service and optimize warehouse processes.
•Ensure close collaboration with Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance and Finance.
•Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Protection and 5S requirements, promoting a strong safety culture.
•Manage the warehouse forklift and vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, availability and cost-effective utilization.
•Identify opportunities for process standardization, digitalization and automation across Warehouse Operations.
Requirements:
•University Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. Master Degree would be considered a plus.
•A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on Warehouse Operations experience, including at least 3 years in a management/supervisory role.
•Full professional proficiency in English. Second foreign language would be considered a plus.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
•Excellent people leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
•Strong ownership, accountability and results orientation.
•Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP MM/WM.
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
