warehouse & distribution supervisor (3454)

Hellenic Cables S.A. is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor  to join our Plant in Eleonas. 

Role Description

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction as primary goal by supervising, organizing, training warehouse employees and maintaining the safe, smooth and consistent flow of goods in and out of the facility

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

• Implement and optimize automated and computerized systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and ensure inventory records are accurate and reliable

• Generate and analyze regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards to ensure a compliant and safe working environment

• Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and vision, ensuring warehouse operations align with and support broader organizational goals

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor

• Familiar with SAP

• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems

• Familiar with Transportation Management System

• Advanced use of MS Office – strong in Excel

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent Command of English Language

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
