ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion DivisionT is searching for a SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATORh with problem-solving skills to organize and monitor the end-to-end order processing, ensuring that all logistics-related activities run efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment to join our Supply Chain team in our plant in Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece.

Role Description

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor the end-to-end order processing, ensuring that all logistics-related activities run efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment

• Coordinating with various departments and resolving any order-related issues aiming to maintain customers satisfaction and on time delivery.

•Tracking orders: Effective monitoring of the order / status progress and communication with involved parties to resolve any logistical issues, improve transport processes and update respectively customers and stakeholders.

• Managing documentation: Preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other essential and other essential paperwork related to shipments.

• Data management: Recording all shipment details, tracking performance, and databases to provide reports when required.

• Support in organizing and coordinating Supply Chain activities by ensuring on time delivery

Requirements: 

• Bachelor (desirable) or Higher School Degree in technical, business administration or economic direction

• SAP knowledge would be considered an asset

• Fluency in English both oral and written (second foreign language is desired)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong Communication skills and customer oriented

• Teamwork 

• Excellent organizational skills & prioritization abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
