The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into SAP SD solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) to ensure integrated process design.
Provide end-user training, support, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues and incidents.
Maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Stay current with SAP SD trends, releases, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
SAP SD certification is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with SAP MM/WM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
