ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion Division

  is searching for SALES EXECUTIVE ROMANIA with business acumen to join our dynamic Commercial Department in our plant in Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece so as to be trained properly and then to be relocated to a subsidiary company in Romania.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Prepare commercial proposals for our customers 
•    Responsible for the tenders' preparation 
•    Follow up on Customers' Orders and Order Confirmations/Contracts, products deliveries to customers
•    Proactive Seek of new Business Opportunities (new markets, new customers, new products, leads generation)
•    Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
•    Distribute product information to relevant departments, update product database with technical and commercial specifications
•    Create monthly sales & cost analysis reporting per customer, market, and product categories using the SAP system relevant modules
•    Negotiate contracts with customers
•    Attend trade exhibitions and conferences
•    Meet with clients virtually or in sales visits
•    Continuous Improvement of internal processes & methods of work 
•    Market research and competition analysis 

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering. Master's degree will be considered an asset. 
•    5-8 years experience in industrial sales
•    Fluency in English, both oral and written (second foreign language desired)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
•    Being Customer & Result Oriented
•    Proactive & Dedicated to Detail
•    Able to work within the timeframe
•    Highly energetic & motivated
•    Strong ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
