PURCHASING ADMINISTRATORE
Introduction about the Organization
Elval is the aluminium rolling division of ElvalHalcor S.A. Elval offers reliable, innovative and competitive solutions that meet the most demanding requirements of global customers. With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets.
Key Accountabilities
- Process purchase orders in the Company's systems and files (predominantly SAP & Excel)
- Check data accuracy in orders and supply chain documentation
- Contact vendors to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Control the flow of incoming materials via communications with vendors
- Handle order pricing formalities
- Maintain purchasing reporting records
- Handle claims communications with vendors
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (AEI) in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced skills using MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
- Strong negotiating skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Time-management skills
