- Αναλαμβάνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι μηχανολογικά έργα από την αρχή μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση
- Αναπτύσσεις το εύρος των έργων, τα χρονοδιαγράμματα, τους προϋπολογισμούς και τα σχέδια πόρων
- Συντονίζεις πολυεπιστημονικές ομάδες, εργολάβους, προμηθευτές και εσωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο των έργων και εξασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη παράδοση εντός προϋπολογισμού
- Προετοιμάζεις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, έγγραφα διαγωνισμών και αναφορές έργου
- Επιβλέπεις την εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού με πλήρη συμμόρφωση στην υγεία και ασφάλεια
- Αναγνωρίζεις τους κινδύνους των έργων και εφαρμόζεις σχέδια αντιμετώπισης
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα εταιρείας, βέλτιστες μηχανικές πρακτικές και κανονισμούς υγείας & ασφάλειας
- Υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης και αριστείας λειτουργίας στο εργοστάσιο

- Διαχείριση Έργων με έμφαση σε μηχανολογικά και βιομηχανικά έργα
- AutoCAD και MS Office για τεχνική τεκμηρίωση και αναφορές
- Μηχανολογία και Καλές Μηχανικές Πρακτικές σε βιομηχανικά συστήματα και εξοπλισμό
- Προγραμματισμός Έργου και Διαχείριση Προϋπολογισμού για ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση
- Διαχείριση Κινδύνου και Συμμόρφωση με Υγεία & Ασφάλεια
- Συντονισμός Πολυεπιστημονικών Ομάδων και Επίβλεψη Εγκατάστασης & Θέσης σε Λειτουργία
- Άπταιστη Αγγλική Γλώσσα για επαγγελματική επικοινωνία

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Elval is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join its Engineering Division, within the Mechanical Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering mechanical engineering projects related to production facilities, industrial equipment, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets
Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and project reports
Oversee installation, and commissioning, of the equipment, making sure full compliance with health and safety regulations,and finally handover to production
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering best practices, and Health & Safety regulations
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the plant
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree (Integrated 5-Year Degree) in Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic University
Professional experience in project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineering principles
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
