- Διαχειρίζεσαι την παραγγελία πρώτων υλών και την αποθήκευση υλικών και ενδιάμεσων προϊόντων
- Εφαρμόζεις φιλοσοφία συνεχούς βελτίωσης για αύξηση παραγωγικότητας, μείωση κόστους και ανάπτυξη ποιότητας προϊόντος
- Συνεισφέρεις στην υλοποίηση δοκιμαστικών παραγωγών σύμφωνα με το σχέδιο Έρευνας & Ανάπτυξης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη συμμόρφωση στη συντήρηση των μηχανημάτων και τη ομαλή λειτουργία τους
- Εφαρμόζεις κανόνες ασφαλείας και κανόνες τάξης 5S, επιβλέποντας εσωτερικές ομάδες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Εκπαιδεύεις την ομάδα σχετικά με τη διαδικασία παραγωγής
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση διαδικασίας παραγωγής και προγραμματισμός παραγωγής
- Επιλογή και αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών πρώτων υλών
- Διασφάλιση ποιότητας και γνώση φιλοσοφίας TQM και Six-Sigma
- Συνεχής βελτίωση και εφαρμογή κανόνων ασφαλείας
- Συμμόρφωση στη συντήρηση μηχανημάτων
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και γνώση SAP
- Μηχανική / Χημική Μηχανική

Περιγραφή Θέσης
The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is seeking a Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our dynamic Production team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the production process (Process Owner), according to technical specifications and KPIs, the selection and evaluation of raw materials suppliers, as well as the quality assurance of the product based on Quality Plan
• Contibuting to Production Planning in accordance with annual, monthly and daily goals, including human resources and machine planning, raw materials order and materials and intermediate products storage
• Embracing continuous improvement philosophy, aiming at productivity growth, cost reduction & product quality development
• Contributing to the implementation of trial productions, according to Research & Development plan
• Ensuring the smooth operation and the compliance with the Maintenance Plan of machinery
• Ensuring safety rules and 5s orderliness rules are applied in the production site, including the supervision and coordination of internal teams or/and external contactors
• Responsible for team’s training, regarding the production process
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferrably Chemical Engineering
• A minimum of 2-5 years’ hands-on experience in industrial production environment required
• Full professional proficiency in English. Second foreign language would be considered a plus
• Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus
• Familiar with TQM philosophy desired
• Familiar with Six-Sigma philosophy desired
