 ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion DivisionΗ  is searching for a methodical and well-organized PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR  (Maternity Leave) to join our Payroll team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

•   Process and verify payroll data in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

•   Calculate and execute payroll and employee benefits (e.g. shifts, bonuses, hires, terminations).

•   Manage tasks with public authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.

•   Prepare and submit regular payroll reports.

•   Support payroll audits and liaise with auditors.

•   Address employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

•   Proven experience (2+ years) in payroll processing or a similar role.

•   Familiarity with payroll software and systems (SAP).

•   Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

•   Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality with high levels of integrity

•   Coordination and prioritization, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks

•   Being able to manage and prioritize the workload

•   Excellent quantitative, analytical and methodical skills
