Anoxal’s modern recycling unit and foundry offer innovative solutions and technology for new alloys. The facilities are in Agios Thomas, Voiotia and include scrap recycling processing unit, a melting and casting unit and melting and homogenizing furnaces with an annual production capacity of 60.000 tons.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production machinery, minimize production delays or problems as well as lead the Maintenance team. You will oversee the maintenance activities and implement machinery improvements to maximize equipment efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop the maintenance strategy and budget, including all the preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure machinery supports production targets and quality standards

• Resolve any electrical/electronic/automation issues to prevent any production delays.

• Monitor scheduled and preventative maintenance ensuring optimal performance and cost control

• Maintain spare parts condition and supplies

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and supervise the implementation of new projects and investments from design to commissioning

• Analyze operational constraints and propose methods and solutions

• Improve health and safety procedures in co-operation with H&S department

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities

• Mentor, motivate and develop Maintenance team

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

• Master’s degree will be considered an asset

• 5-10 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial setting

• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek

• PC literacy

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
