is looking for a hands-on IT Systems and Cloud Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing infrastructure in both on-prem and Cloud environments.

You will be part of the IT infrastructure engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available system architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. 

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain On-Prem and Azure infrastructure

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Virtualization and Cluster administration (Vmware and Hyper-V) as well as Azure Technologies including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Networking, Azure Monitoring, Azure Arc.

• Enterprise directory and identity solutions (Active Directory, AzureAD , Azure Authentication, Single sign-on, MFA, identity management)

• Demonstrate in Depth understanding and experience of the Office 365 Platform

• Administer, deploy and support MS Defender, Bitlocker, MDM via Microsoft inTune

• Manage centralized administration and integration of central infrastructure and endpoint services such as Antivirus, OS deployment, software installation, inventory, patching and routine maintenance.

• Evaluate existing systems and provide technical direction to IT support staff

• Participate in capacity planning for IT infrastructure

• Plan ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth

• Manage and maintain critical infrastructure, such as Storages, NAS, Hosts

• Manage user accounts and assets, assign and update security restrictions on the network according to security policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is preferred, or a combination of education, training and experience to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering with Microsoft technologies and 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud environments

• Proven expertise and experience in administering MS HyperV and VmWare Clusters

• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Azure environments, including hybrid scenarios, optimizing cost/capacity ratios, proper monitoring, scaling, implementing, and validating database & DR scenarios

• Technical expertise in Azure infrastructure support, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage

• Strong knowledge on HP and Dell Servers, Storages and SAN Switches

• Basic Network Switching and Firewalls understanding

• Zerto DR Solutions and/ or Veeam Backup and Replication knowledge is a plus

• SQL Server in HA (Availability Zones) and Load Balancers knowledge is a plus

• Basic Knowledge of a factory – production facility infrastructure with IT and OT environment (Perdue model) is a plus

• Experience with configuration management technologies such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM Templates

• Good Knowledge of Security Best Practices

• Experience working within a compliance environment desirable. Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a plus

• Server Administration and Virtualization Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP will be highly appreciated

• Cloud Computing Certifications like AZ-104, AZ-801, MD-101 is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills

• Advanced organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage projects of varying length

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
