- Σχεδιάζεις, υλοποιείς και παρακολουθείς το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Υγείας & Ασφάλειας
- Πραγματοποιείς επιθεωρήσεις και αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου
- Αναπτύσσεις και συντηρείς σχέδια αντιμετώπισης εκτάκτων αναγκών
- Εκπαιδεύεις τους εργαζομένους σε διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και χρήση ατομικών μέσων προστασίας
- Διερευνάς ατυχήματα και συντάσσεις αναφορές με προληπτικές συστάσεις
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση για τον σχεδιασμό εγκαταστάσεων, νέων διαδικασιών και επιλογή εξοπλισμού
- Εισάγεις μεθόδους και τεχνολογίες για συνεχείς βελτιώσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τους υπεύθυνους Παραγωγής και Συντήρησης για την εφαρμογή μέτρων ασφάλειας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις Νομοθεσίας και προτύπων Υγείας & Ασφάλειας
- Δεξιότητες σε Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Υγείας & Ασφάλειας και Αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου
- Ικανότητες σε Σχέδια αντιμετώπισης εκτάκτων αναγκών και Έρευνα ατυχημάτων
- Εκπαίδευση σε διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και Σύνταξη αναφορών
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, παρουσίασης και παρακολούθησης εκπαιδεύσεων
- Διαχείριση έργων και Επάρκεια σε MS Office
- Καθοδήγηση για ασφάλεια εγκαταστάσεων και Μέθοδοι συνεχούς βελτίωσης
- Συνεργασία με Παραγωγή και Συντήρηση
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ensure the implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures within the plant, controlling compliance with legal requirements and company standards, aiming to prevent accidents and continuously improve the working environment
Key Accountabilities
Design, implement, and monitor the Health & Safety Management System
Conduct inspections and risk assessments across facilities and processes
Develop and maintain emergency response plans
Train employees on safety procedures and proper use of PPE
Investigate incidents and prepare reports with preventive recommendations
Provide guidance on facility design, new processes, and equipment selection
Introduce methods and technologies for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Production and Maintenance Managers to ensure safety measures are applied
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in Health & Safety within an industrial environment
Excellent knowledge of H&S legislation and standards
Proven experience in drafting reports, policies, and procedures
Strong command of English language
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
Ability to manage projects, time, and resources effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools
