Halcor is the Copper & Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor and together with three more companies form the copper segment of ElvalHalcor that specializes in the production, processing, and marketing of copper & copper alloys products with dynamic commercial presence in the European and Global markets. ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion Division is searching for a detail-oriented COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR with a continuous improvement mindset to join our dynamic Commercial Operations Management team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- General customer service in terms of commercial operations
- Cooperating with Supply Chain functions such as Order Management, Planning and Logistic
- Coordinating with Finance Department for payment issues
- Control and update the customer data in relation to pricing
- Registration and follow up of metal hedging procedures
- Final price & proforma issuing
Requirements:
- Bachelor (desirable) or Higher School Degree in technical or economic direction
- Fluency in English both oral and written (second foreign language is desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience in SAP is desired)
- High team spirit
- Prioritization abilities to organize the daily work in an efficient way
- Attention and ability to work on details
