Περιγραφή Θέσης
We’re seeking a self-driven, experienced professional to join our Network Sales team as a Merchant Growth Specialist. In this role, you will own a portfolio of existing partners, driving their ongoing growth and providing dedicated support by identifying and executing new development opportunities. The ideal candidate is an attentive listener and an outstanding communicator, balancing professionalism with a friendly, approachable style.
Μain Responsibilities
Effectively manage and nurture existing merchant accounts using calls, emails, video conferences.
Identify additional growth & revenue opportunities within the current merchant portfolio and coordinate upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Engage with merchants to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs.
Recommend solutions aligned with partners’ requirements and the company’s strategic goals.
Utilize internal CRM systems to keep all merchant information current.
Monitor and report on KPIs related to merchant performance.
Collect and analyze partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or partner success roles (preferably within the HoReCa segment)
Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets
Excellent proficiency with relevant computer programs, including Salesforce and MS Office
Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Eagerness and ability to learn about product solutions and their benefits
Effective prioritization and time management abilities
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
