We are actively looking to recruit the most talented individuals with industry experience and knowledge in the Manufacturing domain, to join our dynamic and growing Supply Chain & Operations team. EY’s Supply Chain & Operations practice supports clients across different domains: Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics & Fulfillment, Operational Excellence and Smart Factory.

We are looking for Operational Excellence professionals, who will use their technical knowledge and skills to drive transformational programs and a continuous improvement culture in Manufacturing, with international exposure.

Working as part of a high-performing team, expected to deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations transform their operations, by deploying EY’s advanced Manufacturing Excellence initiatives, in a variety of industries and plants, in Greece and abroad.  

Your key responsibilities 

You will take part in demanding global / regional / local engagements, and will:

• Build valued relationships with internal peers and client teams, using your technical knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver best in class results
• Participate in client meetings and interview client key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide the corresponding guidance and solutions
• Continuously develop yourself through structured trainings, provided by external & internal business partners, as well as hands on experience gained during participation in implementation projects
• Spend most of your time on clients’ sites to train, coach and develop client teams, both leadership and shop floor personnel, deploying EY’s advanced Manufacturing Excellence programs and solutions supporting clients in addressing operational challenges and ensuring adherence to standards, all while focusing on developing and building employees' capabilities through everyday interaction on the shop floor
• Perform analysis of production data, creating value chain loss analysis solutions and operational KPIs, to understand the current state, identify the main areas of improvement and trigger the proper Advanced Manufacturing and Problem-Solving tools to drive exceptional results

What we look for

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing roles 
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or other related field
• Solid understanding of: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Operational Excellence, Digital Manufacturing
• Experience / certification in Project Management, and Problem Solving
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools is a must
• Experience in SAP Production / Maintenance modules will be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; Other languages, especially German and Spanish, will be considered as a plus
• Availability to travel, as most of the working time will be allocated on clients’ sites in Greece and abroad
