At the intersection of customer strategy, design and technology, you’ll help leading organizations transform how they attract, engage and serve customers. Your key responsibilities
In this high visibility position as a Consultant - Senior Consultant you will take part in challenging global / regional / local projects and you will:
Lead customer growth agenda: Provide strategic insights and analytical prowess to shape and translate ambition into actionable go-to-market strategies across segments, channels, and partnerships
Accelerate sales performance: Challenge the status quo, lift win rates and pricing discipline, and design cross/upsell and “hero offer” motions.
Elevate customer service: Build scalable service practices—strong fundamentals, simple journeys, and disciplined execution that customers feel every day.
Uplift Marketing effectiveness: Sharpen targeting and messaging, and focus on the metrics that matter to improve impact and efficiency

Structured problem solving: Analytical, detail-oriented and hypothesis-driven, with the ability to break down complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions
Storytelling & client communication: Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and presentations that translate ideas into client value and drive decision-making
Client-facing confidence: Experience working in professional services or fast-paced business environments, with the credibility to engage and influence stakeholders
Collaboration & team mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams (strategy, design, technology)
Execution discipline: Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure
Growth mindset & drive: High ambition, accountability and curiosity—constantly learning, iterating and raising the bar
Experience & background
Education: Excellent academic background (Bachelor’s and Master’s) in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related fields
Relevant experience: 2–6 years of experience, ideally in consulting, a multinational environment, or Financial Services (banking experience is a plus)
Exposure to customer-led growth and transformation: Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:
Designing and activating go-to-market and value propositions that connect customer needs with commercial impact
Driving revenue growth and commercial performance (e.g. pricing, cross/upsell, funnel optimization) through data-driven insights
Supporting end-to-end transformation or innovation initiatives, from strategy through to execution
Leveraging customer, market and behavioral insights to shape strategy and decision-making
Designing customer journeys and experiences across marketing, sales and service, with a focus on simplicity, scalability and impact
