core banking ecosystem consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Core Banking Ecosystem Consultants from entry to mid-level to join our Technology Consulting practice in our Consulting Service Line, which is a leading provider of professional services to clients of all major industries.

Your key responsibilities

• Assess and improve core banking systems.

• Design and implement compliant, efficient solutions.

• Define requirements and translate them into specs.

• Test and validate systems before deployment.

• Facilitate client workshops and deliver training sessions.

• Track market trends and recommend innovations.

• Integrate banking platforms with other services.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Support and enhance live systems.

• Experience with core/digital banking (e.g., loans, deposits, payments, wealth, trade finance, digital channels).

• Skilled in analysis, testing, configuration, and tools like Jira.

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and data analytics.

• Professional and other relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics or relevant field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills

• Basic understanding of core banking systems and digital transformation concepts.

• Relevant internships or academic projects in banking or technology are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad.
