As a member of a dynamic Actuarial team,you will contribute to the actuarial and analytical work produced in the areas of experience analysis, financial reporting, local regulatory reporting, model development and ad-hoc projects.

Your day-to-day:

• Model Development: Design and evaluate cutting-edge actuarial models for P&C portfolios, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs, leading performance reviews to ensure portfolio success.
• Insightful Analyses: Conduct thorough actuarial studies and prepare presentations that provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborative Influence: Partner across teams, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to help shape key business decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and rigor in actuarial work, meeting both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Data and models validation: Utilize advanced industry knowledge to perform reasonability checks and validate the quality of actuarial outputs.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background: BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Actuarial Studies.
• Professional Qualification: Actively progressing toward full Actuarial qualification.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Insurance or Consulting firm, with a strong focus on P&C.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in actuarial modeling, particularly with ResQ software, and a deep understanding of MS Excel.
• Programming Skills: Good knowledge of data analysis tools such as SAS, R, and VBA.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Solvency II and IFRS17 requirements.
• Reporting: Ability to prepare well-structured, comprehensive reports.
• Analytical Mindset: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to organize, evaluate, and interpret complex data sets logically.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to address and solve complex business problems.
• Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
