- Συμμετέχεις στην υλοποίηση, παραμετροποίηση και συντήρηση SAP SuccessFactors βάσει παγκόσμιων επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων.
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση για λύσεις core HR, μισθοδοσίας, διαχείρισης χρόνου, talent management και recruiting.
- Σχεδιάζεις και υποστηρίζεις διασυνδέσεις με BIB και Middleware μεταξύ SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll και τρίτων συστημάτων.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτιστοποίησης, διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα αλλαγών και παραμετροποιείς νέες λειτουργίες και τριμηνιαίες ενημερώσεις.
- Εκτελείς δοκιμές συστήματος, αντιμετωπίζεις σύνθετα τεχνικά και λειτουργικά ζητήματα και διασφαλίζεις την ακεραιότητα των δεδομένων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με HR business partners, owners διαδικασιών και τεχνικές ομάδες για τη μετάφραση επιχειρησιακών στρατηγικών σε τεχνικές παραμετροποιήσεις.
- Δημιουργείς λειτουργική τεκμηρίωση και εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και υποστηρίζεις τελικούς χρήστες και διαχειριστές.

- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) και Time Tracking (EC Time)
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM), Learning (LMS), Career and Talent Development και Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) και SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration και Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- Data migration and integration και Middleware
- System testing and troubleshooting και English proficiency
