- Οδηγείς την ολοκληρωμένη υλοποίηση αλλαγών στην NFR προμήθεια
- Διαχειρίζεσαι λειτουργικό σχεδιασμό, διαμόρφωση και τεχνικές λύσεις για Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing και Contracts
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την HR ενσωμάτωση οργανωτικής δομής, κέντρων κόστους και ροών έγκρισης
- Εποπτεύεις τη ροή Shopping Cart από την επιλογή καταλόγου μέχρι την έγκριση, PO, GR και ενημέρωση περιουσιακών στοιχείων
- Υποστηρίζεις τη δημιουργία περιουσιακών στοιχείων κατά τη λογιστική και συνεργάζεσαι με τις διαδικασίες PM
- Αντιμετωπίζεις ειδικά ζητήματα όπως κανονιστικές καταχωρήσεις, ελέγχους ελάχιστης παραγγελίας, εικόνες καταλόγου μέσω MDM και μαζική δημιουργία καλαθιών
- Εποπτεύεις την ποιότητα της τεκμηρίωσης WRICEF και εξασφαλίζεις την πληρότητα πριν από την ανάπτυξη
- Ορίζεις στρατηγικές δοκιμών και συντονίζεις UAT με επίσημη έγκριση για υλοποίηση
- Επιλύεις κρίσιμα περιστατικά επιπέδου L3 και ηγείσαι ανάλυσης αιτιών για μόνιμη διόρθωση
- Συμμετέχεις στο PI και Sprint Planning και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα μέσα σε Agile μεθοδολογίες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση SAP SRM με εμπειρία σε NFR προμήθεια
- Εμπειρία HR integration και διαχείριση οργανωτικής δομής και κέντρων κόστους
- Διαχείριση Shopping Cart και Workflow configuration
- Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης Sourcing και Contracts management
- Εργασία με MDM και asset management
- Καλή γνώση WRICEF τεκμηρίωσης και testing strategies
- Εμπειρία σε incident management και Agile methodologies
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
