Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop strategic product proposals that align with client needs in the Manufacturing (as well as other) domains and actively support pre-sales activities

• Act as a thought leader to the client and internal stakeholders, helping design and execute product management services – often tailored for manufacturing operations

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to define the Product Vision and Roadmap, supported by research into industry trends such as digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, shop floor automation, IoT, AI/ML applications

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges across areas such as production optimization, supply chain efficiency, workforce productivity, and downtime reduction

• Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives, including operational impact, financial projections, and ROI analysis

• Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing process experts to ensure product specifications align with client and industry requirements

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring iterative value delivery to both end-users and business stakeholders

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, enabling them to maximize value from digital solutions and consulting engagements while continuously evolving offerings through direct and indirect feedback

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, manufacturing best practices, and competitor activities, adjusting product strategies as needed

• Leverage industry relationships and networks to scale business growth, applying a product and consulting mindset

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with notable focus on the Manufacturing domain

• Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital or technology-enabled products within manufacturing (e.g., MES, digital twins, predictive maintenance, quality systems, or supply chain solutions)

• Ability to translate their experience across other domains is key as well

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on production, operational, and financial insights

• Fluency with Generative AI concepts and hands-on experience in applying agentic AI to real-world use cases in diverse business contexts

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to C-suite

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Consulting or client-facing experience in building and executing digital transformation strategies for manufacturing enterprises or in delivering product/project coaching at scale

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools in manufacturing product development

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance in manufacturing operations

• Additional certifications or training in product management, manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, lean/digital transformation, or AI/ML technologies

• Experience experimenting with or deploying multi-agent AI systems in production or supply chain environments
