We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to website development and feature enhancement.
You will also have an opportunity to provide leadership within the development process. This role requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently initially under client guidance. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain website features using PHP and Laravel
Lead development initiatives and coordinate with team members
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
Design and implement new functionalities to enhance website performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure website reliability
Work independently under client supervision during initial stages
Contribute to code reviews and quality assurance processes
Document development processes and update technical specifications
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PHP development
Support ongoing website maintenance and updates
Requirements
Extensive experience with PHP development of 3 or more years
Proven experience working with the Laravel framework for at least 2 years
Background in developing and supporting websites
Capability to work autonomously while collaborating with clients
Experience providing technical guidance or leadership
Familiarity with web technologies and development tools
Strong communication skills in English
