We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365/Azure Solution Architect to oversee the development and execution of enterprise solutions.
This opportunity entails a vital role in designing seamless integrations, working closely with agile teams, and offering technical leadership within a global network. The role focuses significantly on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services with specific applications in the Financial Services industry. The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
Architect integration components with Azure and other cloud services in alignment with organizational architecture standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions using agile methodologies
Translate complex business needs into detailed solution architecture design documents and technical diagrams
Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams to achieve project goals
Ensure the adherence of solutions to industry standards and best practices, especially for the Financial Services sector
Recommend third-party systems and solutions to enhance system capabilities and user interactions
Shape long-term platform strategies while contributing to innovation projects and stakeholder engagement efforts
Engage in the global EPAM solution architect network by sharing your insights and technical capabilities
Requirements
Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Solution Architect with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Mastery in communication and consultancy to facilitate seamless collaboration
Experience working with diagramming and architectural documentation systems, including SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, with emphasis on Sales and Customer Service, alongside Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proficiency in Azure services, with a focus on AI, automation, and integration capabilities
Background in implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps strategies at scale
Advanced understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies to support team dynamics
Experience in the Financial Services industry with familiarity with regulatory and operational standards
Strong problem-solving ability paired with top-tier communication and leadership skills
Comfort with engaging stakeholders and guiding teams toward achieving exceptional outcomes
Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2
