We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge retail mobile app for one of the largest Greek banks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project for bank's retail end-users in the UK while collaborating with talented professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Delivery Manager on the business analysis process setup
Collaborate with the Client Product Owner (PO) to align with the product vision and roadmap
Define and validate project scope in partnership with the Client PO and DM(s), including assumptions for estimation
Align with product/project/program management to refine business targets and expectations
Coordinate with the clients' UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of interfaces
Drive requirements elaboration, elicitation, analysis and prioritization activities
Manage the product backlog with the Client PO by defining priorities and building sprint backlogs with user stories
Support delivery teams during sprints with refinement, user stories development, testing, and clarification of acceptance criteria
Review and document the existing "system AS IS" functionality of the mobile app
Guide the development of new features and capabilities as per the project roadmap
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst (or Product Owner) in a fintech/banking domain (3+ years)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in BA process setup and capability to improve, manage and maintain BA processes
Competency in scope change management processes
Familiarity with mobile app development and understanding of mobile UX principles
Experience working within Agile environments, specifically Scrum
Understanding and proficiency in using Azure DevOps for backlog management
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level), enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience working with Greek organizations or teams
Knowledge of Greek language, even basic, as an advantage
Familiarity with the banking sector
