We are seeking a Project Manager to support a leading financial institution through its Digital Transformation journey, aiming to become a digital-first enterprise.
This role entails overseeing delivery streams and contributing to pre-sales activities. Be part of a dynamic team driving impactful digital transformation initiatives.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships and align expectations with customers
Propose innovative technology-based solutions to enhance marketing strategies, operational efficiency, and user experiences
Oversee project management, time allocation, and resource coordination to maximize team productivity
Ensure successful delivery of customer projects, adhering to EPAM processes and methodologies
Address risk mitigation strategies actively across various projects
Maintain extensive communication with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on team-level requirements
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years in Project or Delivery management roles
A documented record of leading organizations with 30+ FTEs in successful delivery
Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or technical project management
Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid SDLC methodologies
Knowledge of managing large fixed-price projects considered advantageous
Background in the banking domain
Expertise in organization, leadership, and stakeholder management
