- Κατευθύνεις την ομάδα discovery επιτόπου με καθημερινό σχεδιασμό, κατανομή εργασιών και ελέγχους προόδου
- Διασφαλίζεις την ολοκλήρωση του scope κάθε τοποθεσίας σύμφωνα με τα καθορισμένα standards και exit criteria
- Τηρείς το site dossier και επιβεβαιώνεις την πληρότητά του πριν από την αναχώρηση της ομάδας
- Λειτουργείς ως κύριο σημείο επαφής με τη διοίκηση της τοποθεσίας του πελάτη κατά την επίσκεψη
- Σχεδιάζεις και προετοιμάζεις κάθε site visit με τον υπεύθυνο της τοποθεσίας του πελάτη
- Συντονίζεις συνεντεύξεις με stakeholders και επαληθεύεις το IT τοπίο της τοποθεσίας
- Παρακολουθείς και αντιμετωπίζεις επιτόπου κινδύνους και ζητήματα, κλιμακώνοντάς τα όπου χρειάζεται
- Μεταφέρεις τα ευρήματα της τοποθεσίας στην ομάδα assessment και planning
- Παρέχεις ενημερώσεις κατάστασης και πραγματικά στοιχεία προσπάθειας στον Service Delivery Manager
- Ολοκληρώνεις την επίσκεψη με τον υπεύθυνο της τοποθεσίας και ενσωματώνεις τα lessons learned στο discovery runbook

- Documentation και Τήρηση standards και exit criteria
- Risk and issue management, Ελληνική γλώσσα, Αγγλική γλώσσα και Συχνά ταξίδια
