Τι θα κάνεις
- Κατέχεις την ευθύνη για την παράδοση σε μία ή περισσότερες λογαριασμούς, εξασφαλίζοντας επιτυχή εκτέλεση έργων, ποιότητα παράδοσης και ικανοποίηση πελατών
- Οργανώνεις τις ομάδες παράδοσης και ξεκινάς έργα με το κατάλληλο προσωπικό και τις απαραίτητες δυνατότητες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι επιλεγμένα βασικά έργα με άμεση ευθύνη για την παράδοση, τους κινδύνους, τις προθεσμίες, την ποιότητα και τη διαχείριση ενδιαφερομένων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διαχειριστές και πελατειακούς συνεργάτες για την επιτυχή παράδοση και διατήρηση ισχυρών πελατειακών σχέσεων
- Αναλαμβάνεις την παράδοση σε νέους και υπάρχοντες λογαριασμούς, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της έναρξης λογαριασμών και της συμβουλευτικής πώλησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη σχέση με πελάτες και λειτουργείς ως κύριο σημείο επαφής
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης και εποπτεύεις τα οικονομικά
- Εποπτεύεις τις διαδικασίες παράδοσης, την εκτέλεση έργων, τους κινδύνους και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας
- Συμμετέχεις σε προ-πωλήσεις και συμβουλευτική πώληση σε πολλαπλές τεχνολογίες
- Παρέχεις εποπτεία υψηλού επιπέδου στην αρχιτεκτονική και υποστηρίζεις τη ρύθμιση του SDLC σε σύνθετα τεχνικά έργα
- Επισκέπτεσαι τα γραφεία πελατών στην Αθήνα τακτικά για να διατηρήσεις ισχυρή δέσμευση πελατών
- Προσαρμόζεσαι σε διαφορετικούς τύπους λογαριασμών, νέους ή υφιστάμενους
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για να οδηγήσεις την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση έργων και να μεγιστοποιήσεις την αξία για τον πελάτη

- Financial Oversight και Project Risk Management
- High-Level Architecture Oversight και Multilingual Communication (Ελληνικά επίπεδο C1, Αγγλικά επίπεδο B2)
