Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθοδηγείς την end-to-end παράδοση OMS για πολυπεριφερειακά προγράμματα μετασχηματισμού commerce.
- Συντονίζεις τον σχεδιασμό, τη διαμόρφωση και την ανάπτυξη enterprise πλατφόρμας OMS.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι προτεραιότητες, χρονοδιαγράμματα και εξαρτήσεις μεταξύ ομάδων και προμηθευτών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με product, architecture και delivery leads για τον καθορισμό scope και τεχνικής προσέγγισης.
- Ενοποιείς το OMS με commerce, πληρωμές, αποθήκες, logistics και συστήματα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
- Επιβλέπεις διαδικασίες order lifecycle, επιστροφών, επιστροφής χρημάτων και pre-orders.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συνέπεια των architectural standards, του quality assurance και της τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον σχεδιασμό features, την εκτέλεση sprint και τις διαδικασίες release management.
- Καθοδηγείς μέλη της ομάδας σε λειτουργικές και τεχνικές πρακτικές OMS.
- Διενεργείς triage θεμάτων, μετριασμό κινδύνων και αναφορά κατάστασης στις φάσεις rollout.

- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- OMS delivery και Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Ecommerce integration patterns και Enterprise system integration
- Order lifecycle management, Inventory orchestration και Returns processing
- REST APIs και Microservices
- Cloud architecture και Architectural standards
- Agile delivery, Delivery governance, Quality assurance και Technical documentation
