We are looking for a Lead Platform Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support and manage the WTW Radarlive platform.
You will lead platform upgrades, optimize performance, and ensure smooth deployments within our dedicated team. Apply now to bring your expertise and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line (L0/L1) technical support for the WTW Radarlive platform
Manage and support the WTW Radarlive platform with strong understanding of its system architecture
Plan, coordinate, and execute platform upgrades and deployments across multiple environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Radarlive platform’s runtime performance
Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks
Lead incident response for platform outages or degradations
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Analyze system usage and forecast capacity needs to ensure efficient platform scaling
Ensure minimal downtime and risk during platform upgrades and deployments
Requirements
5+ years of experience in platform support or related field
Strong experience with deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools
In-depth knowledge of system architecture and platform management
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Fluency in the Greek language
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
