We are looking for a Junior Functional Tester to join our team supporting digital customer touchpoints within e-commerce platforms.
As part of the team, you will assist in executing the testing lifecycle, contribute to drafting test scenarios, and assist with issue resolution to help ensure high-quality digital experiences. Apply now to grow your skills and contribute to exciting projects.
Office location: Northeastern suburb of Athens.
On-site presence: 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Assist in executing the testing lifecycle across digital platforms and customer-facing touchpoints
Support the preparation of test scenarios for new features
Help coordinate issue tracking and resolution
Contribute to system readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Work collaboratively with teammates on regression testing activities
Assist with basic documentation for test cases and findings
Requirements
1+ years of experience in functional testing
Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes is required
Exposure to digital and/or e-commerce testing environments
Basic understanding of regression testing concepts
Ability to contribute to drafting and executing test cases
Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capability
Basic communication skills for internal team coordination
Willingness to learn and adapt to testing tools (experience with Atlassian Cloud tools is a plus)
Familiarity with or interest in digital customer touchpoints
English language proficiency at B1-B2 (Intermediate)
Fluent Greek language skills
Nice to have
Interest in analyzing test results and generating simple reports
