Περιγραφή Θέσης

We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join us on a key mobile banking transformation project. In this role, you will lead a team of around 20 engineers, working across .NET backend and native mobile development, ensuring smooth and high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and technical teams, helping to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to the delivery process, while supporting the team in achieving project goals.

This role is based in Athens, with regular on-site presence at the client’s premises.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a cross-functional delivery team
Coordinate development activities across mobile and backend (.NET) streams
Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with project goals
Support estimation, planning, and prioritization of tasks
Monitor progress and help the team stay on track
Identify and resolve risks and blockers in a timely manner
Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team environment
Support the use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps

Requirements

Experience in Delivery Management or Project Management in IT projects
Good understanding of mobile applications and .NET backend systems
Experience with REST APIs and modern integration approaches
Familiarity with cloud environments
Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in Greek and good command of English (B2+)
