- Συμμετέχεις στην υλοποίηση, παραμετροποίηση, υποστήριξη και βελτιστοποίηση λύσεων WMS και logistics
- Αναλύεις διαδικασίες αποθήκης και απαιτήσεις πελατών και τις μεταφράζεις σε αποτελεσματικές λύσεις συστήματος
- Παραμετροποιείς λειτουργίες WMS σύμφωνα με τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες του πελάτη
- Υποστηρίζεις ενσωματώσεις με συστήματα ERP και τρίτων
- Διερευνάς και επιλύεις λειτουργικά και δεδομένα ζητήματα χρησιμοποιώντας εργαλεία συστήματος, logs και SQL
- Υποστηρίζεις πελάτες και συνεργάτες κατά τη δοκιμή, UAT, Go-Live και μετά την παραγωγή
- Παρέχεις εκπαιδευτικές συνεδρίες σε χρήστες και τις ομάδες συνεργατών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με συμβούλους, προγραμματιστές, ομάδες υποστήριξης και πελάτες για την επιτυχή παράδοση έργων
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση στην ομάδα προϊόντος και R&D για συνεχή βελτίωση προϊόντος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση και εμπειρία σε WMS και διαδικασίες αποθήκης και logistics
- Εμπειρία σε Συστήματα ERP και Ενσωματώσεις Συστημάτων
- Γνώση SQL και Σχεσιακών Βάσεων Δεδομένων
- Εξοικείωση με τεχνολογίες EDI, XML και Web Services
- Αναλυτικές ικανότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, πελατοκεντρική σκέψη και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Πληροφορική / Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a motivated WMS Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Participate in the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions.
Analyze warehouse processes and customer requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Configure WMS functionalities according to customer operational needs.
Support integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL.
Support customers and partners during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production.
Deliver training sessions to users and partner teams.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, support teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide feedback to Product and R&D teams to support continuous product improvement.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is an advantage.
Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
Familiarity with system integrations and technologies such as EDI, XML, or Web Services is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
Customer-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and teamwork.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
