- Έννοιες δικτύωσης και συντήρηση δικτυακού εξοπλισμού
- Εγκατάσταση, ρύθμιση και συντήρηση συστημάτων POS και περιφερειακών συσκευών
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ικανότητα ανεξάρτητης εργασίας
