We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant (EDI) to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Athens.
Your Role
Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients, with guidance from senior team members
Assist in monitoring EDI processes and identifying issues in data exchange flows
Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
Participate in testing and validation of EDI messages and integrations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of services
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
Willingness to learn and grow in EDI and business process integration
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of English
