As a Retail Technical Support Consultant, you will support customers and resellers, provide guidance on Entersoft solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
Your Contribution to the Team
Serve as a key contact for new and existing customers and resellers, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting day-to-day needs.
Capture customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and engineering teams.
Advise and train users on Entersoft’s retail business solutions and software use.
Liaise with consultants and developers’ teams to support smooth operations.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for technology.
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) or software applications is a plus.
Comfortable using MS Windows & Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
