We are looking for a Services Team Leader to join our high-caliber team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the SFA/CRM services team

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects and ensure high-quality outputs

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on projects

• Coordinate requirements analysis and validate configurations and testing

• Assign and prioritize support tickets across the team to ensure timely resolution

• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and solution optimization sessions

• Guide the team during training and post–go-live support

• Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM/SFA implementations and services delivery

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams

• Strong understanding of business workflows and best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on partner relationships

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Problem-solving mindset and focus on service quality
